Here at Clent Nurseries, we want to make life easier for you. Can't get to us easily? Need a product urgently? No problem! We're phasing in online orders for some of our products, to be delivered to home, or collect from us. Below is all the current products that we currently sell online. We'll be slowly phasing in more products over the coming weeks.
Important Information Regarding COVID-19

To all of our customers, we have moved to online orders temporarily while we are closed due to the COVID-19 crisis. As I'm sure you can understand, we cannot offer our full range of products due to both staff shortages and logistics limitations. As a result, we will not be offering the sale of many of our products and small items such as small packs of plants, seeds, small ornaments, gift items etc. We are truly sorry but we cannot justify the delivery of certain items when we don't have industrial-scale logistics.
Below is a list of products that can currently be purchased online to either be delivered to your home or to be collected from the nursery. Please continue to check this page, we are adding more and more products every day so more may become available.

Please note! If you wish to purchase something specific that isn't listed below, you're struggling to use our store, you have an enquiry regarding an order or any other enquiries, please DO give us a ring! Our business phone number is 01562 885071, however, due to limited office hours, we are offering customers to ring Phil on 07919 064412. We kindly ask customers to use the online store where possible as we will be able to process your order more quickly.
Deliveries & Collections:
Click & Collect Information:
Once you have made an order, you will receive a confirmation email, you will need to bring this as proof of purchase on collection. Please note, we will need 2 working days before you can collect for processing.
Once you have received your confirmation email, we will send you another email within 2 working days to notify you that your items are ready to collect.
** We will then ring you to organise a time and day for you to collect your items. We must do this to comply with the Government COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. Please do not arrive at the garden centre without a scheduled time slot. All time slots will be given over the phone within 2 working days **
Important note! We must obey strict Government rules and guidelines due to the COVID-19 crisis, therefore, there will be restrictions on access to the centre, how many people we allow in at once and where you park. Please bear this in mind and do not collect items in large groups where possible please. You will only be allowed to collect purchased items, the Garden Centre and Coffee Shop remain CLOSED.
You will need to supply us with your phone number/contact information so that we can contact you regarding delivery. Once you have made an order, we will contact you within a few days to ask when you would like your items delivered. The general delivery waiting time is 5-10 working days.
Our delivery rates are:
0-£25 : £15
£25 - £250: £12
More than £250: £10
We cannot deliver small items/items of low value as we can't justify delivery of these items sorry! If you wish to purchase lower value items, please consider collection rather than delivery.
** WE CANNOT DELIVER TO ANY LOCATIONS GREATER THAN 20 MILES FROM THE GARDEN CENTRE. IF YOU SELECT DELIVERY AND YOU LIVE FURTHER THAN THIS DISTANCE, WE MAY HAVE TO REFUND YOUR ITEMS/INSIST ON COLLECTION ONLY **
Important note! We must obey strict Government rules and guidelines due to the COVID-19 crisis, therefore, we will obey social distancing rules on delivery. Please consider others and limit the number of people present when we make your delivery.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds will be issued provided a valid reason is given. In order to process a refund, you'll need to call us on 01562 885071 to discuss any issues with us. We may ask items to be returned to us and refunds will be refunded to the card used to make the original purchase. Refunds will also be given for items which have been requested to be delivered at a distance greater than 20 miles from the Nursery, to avoid this issue, if you live greater than 20 miles from the Nursery, please select "Click & Collect" rather than delivery and we will be happy to help on your arrival.
