Upcoming Restaurant Expansion

We're very excited to bring you a brand new restaurant/coffee shop, opening Winter 2018. We have listened to customer feedback, along with investigating deeply into our current restaurant, and have established that during the summer months especially, our coffee shop cannot cope with the current volume of customers that we are experiencing. As a result, we are approximately doubling the size of our current coffee shop, to provide a much more spacious, higher capacity dining area, larger kitchen for our staff, and more tables to provide extra seating for our customers. You can see from the architectural drawings below, the expansion is quite substantial, and we hope that this will provide a much more peaceful and spacious environment to spend your time with us. Along with this, we will have a larger, outside seating area outside the new coffee shop, perfect for the summer months.

We are also working hard with the local council and the police to improve our parking facilities. We have noticed a significant rise in car park usage this year, resulting in issues with customers finding a space. We have already opened an overflow car park round the back of the nursery to help address the issue, but this still hasn't resolved the problem. Therefore, we will also be expanding our front car-park slightly, providing more disabled spaces and we encourage our customers to use the front car park for the new coffee shop, and the rear car park for the garden centre, to help reduce congestion.

We would like to advise you that construction begins Mid-August 2018, and will continue until Winter 2018. We will try to minimise any disruption to our current coffee shop while construction is ongoing, but please check our website and Facebook page closer to the time to check for any news regarding the building work.
